A guide to our shipping & returns policies.

SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING!!! On orders $99 and over for both Australia and New Zealand.

Free shipping is on original orders only, shipping costs for all returns and exchanges are at cost to the customer.

DOMESTIC AUSTRALIA STANDARD SHIPPING

FREE shipping on orders $99 and over. Purchases under $99 incur a flat shipping rate of $9.90. We use standard Australia post which takes up to 5 business days for delivery within Australia and up to 10 business days to NZ.

Customers have the option of Express shipping (domestically) for an additional $10 at checkout.

If you have not received your order after the 10 working days please email us at info@kruiz.com.au so we can track and trace it for you.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

Shipping to New Zealand is FREE for orders $99 and over. Orders under $99 incur a $14.90 flat-rate postage fee. Standard shipping to New Zealand is 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

Customers have the option of Express shipping (internationally - NZ) for an additional $10 at checkout.

If you have not received your order after 10 days please email info@kruiz.com.au so we can track and trace it from our end.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available from Trinity Park QLD 4879 (shown as Smithfield in Checkout). A pickup location and instructions will be provided once your order is processed.

PROCESSING ORDERS

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the day of purchase. Orders are only packed and posted Monday-Friday excluding Queensland public holidays. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

KRUIZ is not responsible for any delays in the delivery process, this is out of our control.

KRUIZ will not be held responsible for any stolen or lost packages. Proof of postage for each order is recorded.

RETURNS

KRUIZ wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and because of this each item is quality checked before it is posted out to our customers.

Only faulty items may be returned for a full refund, KRUIZ will not accept a return for change of mind. Please note all Sale items are final and cannot be returned. All returns will receive a store credit note, or in the case of a wrong size the correct size if in stock will be exchanged with postage being at the customer’s expense.

Faults with items may include but not limited to holes in fabric, broken zips, missing buttons, unstitched or uneven hem. Loose threads are not classed as a fault and can be trimmed easily.

If an item is faulty the customer will receive a replacement garment if in stock, if the garment is not in stock the customer will receive a full refund.

Earrings because of hygienic reasons cannot be returned.

All Sale items are final and can NOT be returned.

KRUIZ is not responsible for differences in colour and sizes. Most of our photos are from our wholesalers directly, and different screens and devices can show colours slightly different. Because we stock a variety of labels, sizes may very slightly. If you feel like you need help deciding on a size, KRUIZ is happy to help, please email us at info@kruiz.com.au

To process a return the item needs to be returned within 14 days of customer receiving the item. The item needs to be unworn with all tags attached and in the original condition. The item must have NO stains, marks, fake tan or make-up on it. The item cannot smell of anything including perfume or washing powder – If so, the item will be rejected and automatically returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To initiate your return please first email us at info@kruiz.com.au, once your return is accepted by KRUIZ via email. Post your item with all tags attached, and in its original condition, to P.O. BOX 52, Smithfield, QLD, 4879 within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note KRUIZ will only refund if the item is deemed faulty. Please allow KRUIZ 2-3 working days to process your return.

Purchases over the $99 (Free Shipping)
A credit note will be added minus the standard $14.90 shipping fee..

Purchases Under the $99 (Free shipping Threshold)
A credit note for the garment only will be applied, we do NOT credit shipping costs. Sorry!

In the case of a faulty item, KRUIZ will replace the item and cover the cost of reshipment. If there is no stock to replace the garment, KRUIZ will refund you the cost of the item and return postage costs. If an item is faulty, it must be reported to KRUIZ immediately and returned within the 14 days of receiving to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
