These things happen we totally get it girl! But if you notice you have made a mistake please contact us ASAP as if your order hasn’t been sent yet it’s an easy fix! But if it has left our hands, you will need to contact Australia Post with your tracking number and organise it to be redirected, there may be a fee and that’s at your expense.
KRUIZ requires 1-2 business days to process, pack and dispatch your order. If you place an order on Friday, your order will be sent on the next business day.

Generally 3-4 business days of us receiving your return, and you will be issued a store credit via email.
